What do you do with an 18 year old boy who thinks the world hates him?

My brother it would seem has been bound over to me and Simon for various criminal activities. Only the other day i was asking to be a dad, i gues you should be careful what you wish for!
He's 18, suffers from ADHD and in all fairness, does not have a great future a head of him, me and simon really want to counter act that, but how?
Any suggestions?
