martha stewart in bizarro world..
So..I entered my "veggie volcano" (the most tasteful of names mike and i came up with) in a chili contest today!
ummmm..that is:
I went to a party called "Asses on Fire 4" with a bunch of movie industry Emerson guys (read: movienerd hipsters), and brought my chili..
which went over pretty well (won a spontaneously created new title: "prettiest chili" Martha would be proud!)
Other chilis were: a lobster chili, a sweet chili with raspberry (eww!) vinagraitte, a 4 meat "protein" chili, etc......
miss yoshi the house dachshund was begging her cute little face off, all to no avail.
oh, and: the world is ending, by the way: IT SNOWED IN GRIFFITH PARK TONIGHT.
