Still no house, as it has drains that are apparently no-one's responsibility, and that backed up in the floods three years ago. Obviously we'd like a few answers over that before we actually buy it....

And now, here's something for the cat lovers/sufferers on my flist. I'm sure it's old news, but it is excellently observed....
