I don't know quite how to put this, but... Our journey eventually took us to Abel's Ark and Michtam, where we faced the Testaments, a cyborg resembling KOS-MOS called T-elos, and finally the Zarathustra machine. I'm sure you understand at least some of what I'm talking about.

Jin...died. KOS-MOS transferred her animus power to Nebilim, and the two of you shifted the collective human unconscious to Lost Jerusalem. We don't know what happened to KOS-MOS, but it's presumed she was destroyed.
