Two saturdays ago Vincent and Percy started their adventure (along with a Ms. Sylvia Swanson--theatre actress extraordinaire!--, Tony the MeatballConvictCannibalMafiosa [Italian Last Name], and P.I. DIRK STRATFORD) at an exclusive sanitorium located on an island off the New England coast.
We've been hosting the games at our house (recall the entry I made about Mal's huge living room table) which is the BEST since both V & P can ham it up for ultimate hilarity. If you don't know, they are from Boston (have I even mentioned it before?), so each game they have a different form of BOSTON CREAM PIE for everyone to eat-- first game it was actual boston cream pie, last game it was little debbie boston cream rolls. Mal usually makes delicious foods that happened around the 20s (including fruit cocktail, and jell-o XD). Hahaha, then, last Satruday V/P dressed in their BOATING/GOLFING HOLIDAY outfits, which consisted of Mal & I wearing matching striped sweaters along with golfing pants tucked into argyle socks. Hahahaha. This coming Saturday's theme is a surprise. :> (hint: it's not tennis, since Percy's tennis outfit was stolen by a patient(?).)
Anyway, what I really meant to post is some curiosities currently in the Vincent and Percy collection.

A poem excerpt from The Book of Jade from a limitedly published edition by a small independent press, as well as a photograph from Antarctica and a previously received postcard. I say, what is in that Miskatonic satchel...?!

A 1915 magazine clipping of a zepplin over London at night, as well as a photo album and postcards for V & P's scrapbook (which will be quite fascinating once Mal and I can get it together!).
But that's enough of that. :> I took the day off last Friday and enjoyed the weather that turned from a breezy spring day to violent spring storms. But the rain always serves a good soundtrack for relaxation, coupled with the company of champage and...
I took some pictures. Are you sick of my monochrome douchbaggery yet?

and our ginkgo tree before the storm.
I have art, but I don't feel like posting it. Mal mentioned that 4/30 is Carry A Poem In Your Pocket day.
Which one will you guys carry? I'm back and forth between two right now.
