Death.
Both of my fish died. Osama fish Laden died overnight, and Ochiba either died today, or overnight (I say that because he looked alive this morning.. ._.).
They're just fish, I know, and Osama was old, but Ochiba was young and REALLY BEAUTIFUL, and I am super sad to see him go.
So I spent my lunch paranoid about my cats, even if they don't have to survive in water; I shoved strips of fabric into my porch door and windows, because I think they're the biggest problem with my heaters being essentially worthless. Hopefully it'll be warmer in there when I get home.
