Wow.. a weekend at the beach seems to be just what I needed to recharge. I feel so much better and I'm being quite a bit more productive. I think I'll tackle the dishes in my room this evening. And that should help more.
Should also especially help that as soon as Curt's gone again mom's agreed to help me give my room a complete overhaul. :D I'm gonna start putting away a bit of money wherever I can (I think I"ll just stuff it into paypal) so that I can get new carpet put down. And then I can paint my room Red. Like cherry red. That'll be nice. And with the dark espresso colored furniture it'll look all excellent. And then anything else I can highlight in Creme colors. Like I can have my bedspread be creme colored and the sheets could be espresso brown. :D *makes note to take measurements of room and see if i couldn't fit two full size beds in there...*
I should really look into becoming an interior decorator, no?
Pictures from the beach coming up. I got some really pretty ones of the house and the dock and we had a really pretty moonrise. Too bad that I couldn't go swimming. (1. I didn't have a swimsuit. 2. The local officials wouldn't let us because the currents were still too strong from Ike plowing through texas.)
On that note, I'm very glad that Brandi is still doing okay. (She lives in Houston and stuck out the storm.)
