Stroke of MidnightAuthor: Various Authors
Final Thought: Well, Two of Them Were Really Good
Stories by Sherrilyn Kenyon, Amanda Ashley, Lori Handeland, and L.A. Banks.
I mainly got this anthology for Sherrilyn Kenyon's Were-Hunter story. Winterborn introduces panther Were-Hunter Dante Pontis and his brothers hanging out in Atlanta's sci-fi convention Dragon*Con. Were-Huntress Pandora has also come to Atlanta in search of legendary Dark-Hunter Acheron for help (what she needs help for I can't recall). Unfortunately she ends up finding Dante first... he's not looking for a mate but Pandora's in heat which makes her damn near impossible to ignore. Ooooh boy.
Amanda Ashley's werewolf story Born of the Night and Make It Last Forever by L.A. Banks were totally forgettable hence why I can't remember anything about them. But I do remember Lori Handeland's Red Moon Rising because it was extremely creepy. It was about a novelist alone in her cabin in the middle of nowhere being stalked by a Native American Skinwalker and the mysterious stranger who shows up to try and keep her alive. Veeeeery creepy.
