One of the best b-day's ever!!!
Yesterday Andy planned ( i use those words loosely) a party for me. Matthias came over early to finish up his present for me which was fixing a hole in the wall above the tv which had been there since we moved in. Dugan and Angela and Five arrived next. I opened my presents from them and by them i mostly mean Angela. She got me new shoes!! They are really cute converse with flowers on them, and Little Cherry glasses and the Cherry's are c's so they are cherry CC glasses they are awesome!! Dugan got me a graphic novel that is a fairy tale with welsh corgi's and a little girl that has wings. Or at least that's what i gathered from it from flipping through. I can't wait to read it!! Oh i opened all of these presents with a stuffed Pegasus under my arm. Andy got me a valentine stuffed Pegasus. So cute! Just as we were sitting around eating chicken-n-spice my brother gets there with a pretty much empty container of cookies that was from my mom. He was all, "it was such a long ride...." I yelled and people wonder why i have food issues!! Apparently him and my mom had planned this cause he was like there's another container in the truck...that container was full of cookies. Ha, Ha funny brother. Shane (aka grizzly adams) and Chrissy then showed up and Lauren and Donn. And Peter and Ryvre and Shaunee. They all gave me burned cds it was great! La also gave me some fun seaseme street clothes!
Since there was so many people i brought out the new card table i got from Christmas and there was one board game that was played in the dining room and another that was played in the living room. It was quite fun! Later Tracy and Miah showed up. Tracy gave me a red bag with cherries and polka dot patchwork on it. I loves it! After a while people started to leave and all was left was Chrissy, Andy and my brother playing video games while Shane and I talked about music in the office. It was nice. All and All a pleasant party.
Today i woke up to a text message from my mommy wishing me a happy b-day. We got up went to church. My grandma wished me a happy b-day. My cousin sang/texted me happy birthday spelling out my entire name in one word. After church we went to the mall to pick up a book for Andy's mom. I stopped at Charlotte Russe quickly cause we were going to meet my parents and brother for lunch and i found a polka dot shirt i was interested in but there was no one to be found near the dressing room so i just stripped down to my tank top in the corner of the fitting room area and tried it on. It fit great so bought it and ran. Felt a little silly trying on clothes in the middle of the dressing room but there was no one around and i had to hurry and by the the time some one was there i was pretty much done. So ran to texas road house. Had lunch with the fam. Afterward i opened presents from my parents in the parking lot. At first i thought i just got 2 presents cause that all that was sticking out of the box, but i was sadly mistaken I got like 5!! The first one i opened was a sweater, then I opened a box that looked kinda like perfume. IT WAS A NEW ZUNE!!!!! A red 120g brand new red ZUNE!! i was dancing around in the parking lot saying a zune i can't believe you got me a new zune!! They heard the story about mine loosing it's memory and ran out and got me another one. Its funny cause i just started looking around for a zune to buy Andy and now he can have my old one. =) Back to the presents, i got some heart dangly earrings, and some heart socks, and another sweater. I think that was all that they got me. Good Lord a ZUNE! =) Still can't believe it. I"m such a spoiled child! After that we went back to the mall cause i had a Victoria's Secret coupon for $10 off and i got some new underwear. I can't believe that they had one cherry pair left in my size! It was meant to be!! Then we went dropped off my Grandma at home. She gave me a huge container of (well they are actually called special K treats or something like that but we call them Uncle Don's candy, cause my Uncle really likes them) uncle don's candy. I mean huge! So great!!
This b-day was great!! The last few years they have been meh, because i was so busy and stressed with work i didn't get to enjoy them much and they just seemed to be lacking. But this one was awesome!! I feel so loved!! And it's not over yet! =)
