Personality: Stubborn but levelheaded, Sakura was a star pupil in the shinobi academy for her intelligence and fantastic test scores, but though she has a sharp and analytical mind, she's always been heavily influenced by her heart. Sakura's emotions are both her strength and her weakness - in her youth, her fear of battles and lack of drive as a ninja kept her from progressing, and she was more caught up with getting a date with her cute classmate than she was anything else, but over time she began to use her desire to protect her loved ones as her driving force. While she isn't the best shinobi of her year, she's earned a place among her peers with her strategic prowess and refusal to back down.
She can be a bit bossy at times with a heavy adherence to rules, and often assumes she knows best. Sakura keeps a professional attitude as often as possible, and is fairly good at dealing with others. Despite her general practicality though, she has a fiery temper, and her tendency to bottle up her emotions can easily bring her to a breaking point. Though Sakura is friendly and admires her superiors, her respect has to be earned, and she tends to judge people quickly. However, once she's grown close to someone, she has absolute loyalty to them. Sakura would risk her life for her friends, and reacts violently to insults or threats towards them.
Though she holds pride in her successes, Sakura actually has very little faith in herself, and constantly worries that she isn't doing enough to help. With a false smile on her face, she tries to look brave for everyone else's sake, believing that raising the morale is the very least she can do. Her greatest fear is that she's going to fail and let everyone down.
