In which moving remains an issue
I am in my new apartment in the sense that my body and my possessions reside here. However, I am not what most people would call "moved in". Every room of the house is in shambles or boxes (or trash bags). I have made serious headway on my studio today, and am typing this update on my desktop computer, which is fully set up for recording. However, my guitars and mics still need to be put in places that don't interfere with movement around the room, and I have lots of random little things still taking up floorspace.
The new place feels small with everything in it, but that may also be because of the boxes. I hope to know for sure by the end of today, but that's probably a pipe dream. Anyway, I like it here in general, even if the bills are going to be horrid for the time being.
