Day 4: Favorite Digital Monster
Shoutmon. I had to think about it for awhile but Shoutmon would have to be my favorite. He's the only partner digimon that ever actually has a goal. He wants to reunite all the zones of the digital world and become the digimon king. He's determination is great and when he meets up with Taiki his goal becomes even more sincere.
Taiki has a bad case of "not turning his back on anyone," His bad habit, as Akari and others refer to it, was explained in a short flashback but I never fully understood it. Anyway Taiki, Shoutmon, and co's digital adventure consists of Taiki helping everyone due to his habit. Shoutmon's goal changes from wanting to become the Digimon King to becoming the Digimon King and creating a Digital World that Taiki envisions (of course this vision has not been stated by Taiki, but what Shoutmon has gathered from watching him). A Digital World of Peace where ever one helps each other and doesn't turn their back on each other.
Also another reason I like Shoutmon is his character in Hunters. Coolest outfit ever. He also just makes a great mentor.
