Starting weight: 200lbs (Feb. 2010)
Goal weight: 140lbs
Current weight: 187lbs

47lbs to go...

During last weekend, I only worked out 30 minutes per day so I skyrocketed to 189lbs by Tuesday -_-. I decided to double my exercise time so I was able to go down a bit. It's so hard when you can't lose weight easily... I can't stop now.
