Hey I'm back...I've had a lot of difficulties during the summer, I even went back to weighting 190lbs. But the last three weeks, I decided to stick to my 1500 calories a day diet and count every calories that goes in my mouth so that I don't go over the limit.
Starting weight: 200lbs (Feb. 2010)
Goal weight: 140lbs
Current weight: 178.8lbs
38.8lbs to go!
My hard work is finally paying off! I'm so proud of myself! I have to work even harder. I finally feel that I really can be at least a size 8
