Reflection on today

Today was an interesting day to say the least. It turns out that my mother is here. However, the reason she's here isn't possibly the same as my own. It seems as if the island goddess hasn't forgotten about our bet either. Though I didn't doubt that she'd be back...
I also gained a child today...though somehow I ended up being the mother. However, Subaru-kun is the father, so I suppose it might be ok. This situation might get me closer to resolving that bet anyways.
Subaru-kun also has yet to be formally introduced to my mother, so that Is also on the agenda. She has yet to deem him worthy of succeeding me, and I'm sure she has other reasons for wanting to talk to him.
Things are getting interesting. I suppose I'll just have to wait and see...
