Well, the poll got enough response for me to go ahead and get this thing underway again :)
As it stands now, I probably will not be able to get the site fully back up until the end of July/beginning of August (Otakon and need to finish painting my house >>;;;), but if those who volunteered want to start working ASAP, we may even have some new releases then :)
More or less I'm willing to let you guys work on what you want to, but I would like to get some of the super old projects finished first, or finished enough to possibly drop. One-shots and doujinshi will definitely be considered for new projects, and new series, for now (because they really depend on how much time and such scanners, editors and translators have) will be on a case-by-case basis. Suggestions are more than welcome and remember - we are not a strictly yaoi or shoujo group. We scanlate what we like, so pretty much anything goes.
Er, anyway. XD The following people answered 'yes' to helping out, so will those of you listed please leave your email address (and AIM screenname if you have one, I like to be able to say hi once in a while :) - I can be reached at 'Rizumu ni Noruze' or 'lol hae') so I may get a big fat email of information out to you? Comments will be screened for your privacy. In said email I'll let you know what we have as far as scans and translations that can be worked on right away, and what you can expect.

Those of you who answered 'maybe' - You're more than welcome to help out 'part-time', so to speak. Meaning if we really need something done and the regular staff is unable to do it for some reason, or if you would really like to work on a chapter or scan something, the help would be greatly appreciated :) If you'd like to see what you can do soon, also please leave your email address in a comment :)

EDIT: I've been asked to give a bit of a description of what each person's job would entail, so here you go.
Translators (CH/JP)
Translators ideally would have at least two years of formal (college level) classes and a reasonably complete dictionary, and be reasonably fluent in English. Translations should be as close to the original as possible - with, of course, artistic license - some things cannot be properly translated into English. Use your best judgement. For JP->EN translators, the ability to translate without furigana is a huge bonus (though most of our projects do have furigana). Translating freetalks/SFX is not absolutely required, but it is nice.
Editors
Editors must be skilled in a graphics program such as Photoshop; have the ability to save layers (.psd or similar format in case changes are needed), know how to crop/rotate/level/change contrast, and be very good friends with the clone and healing tools. It is the editor's job to proofread translations and typeset the scans before sending them off for QC. The editing of SFX depends on the editor's ability - if you do not feel comfortable with editing a sound effect without ruining the page, don't. Just make a note of it somewhere on the page. Fluency in English is a must, and a little bit of basic knowledge in CH/JP is always helpful.
Scanners
Scanners must own the books in Chinese or Japanese, and be willing to quite possibly cause a lot of damage to their books (breaking spines, etc - I will never ask anyone to actually cut their manga. Yeah, it gives nice scans, but then... you're left with a bunch of basically useless random pages.) Scanners must have the ability to scan as straight and flat as possible at 300 dpi in greyscale (or colour if need be). Scans should be in very HQ .jpg, .png, .psd or .tiff format.
Quality Check
Technically there will be no actual QC team, anyone who can will do it. All that really entails is making sure the scans look nice and that all spelling/grammar in the text is correct.
