To be fair, I've been reading more yaoi fanfics since the only writers in my fandoms happens to be those types of writers.

Its not okay.... This was one of the major flaws of 50 Shades of Gray besides starting out as Twilight fanfic. They didn't follow safety rules either and people who tried out some scenes were hurt. D: Dumb people need safety rules!
