Anyway...
My friend laughed at me today because I told him sometimes I forget my name. And when I say it just like that, yes, in fact, that sounds completely ridiculous. But I don't mean I don't know who I am, I mean...well let me explain the context.
So one of our friends met someone with the same name as me. For a moment that struck me as kind of weird. Because okay, I know Jay, if I met another guy named Jay I'd think, "hey, that reminds me of Jay." But to think that someone else meets someone by name and they think of me is just kind of weird. I think because I don't identify as myself as so-and-so, but rather as just, myself. I guess it's good because that means I don't think in third person, lol. I don't know, now I might sound psycho, whatever.
Talked a lot with Jay about regional differences today, very entertaining I must say. If you don't live around me, let's talk about some...I'm not even kidding, I love it. So amused.
On a final note, I adore my friends =).
