Welcome to the first (of what hopefully is going to be an annual) Arashi Fanfic Awards!
With all the Oscar and Grammy and what-not, we thought, "why not the Nebulas?"
There will be a preliminary round where each one of us readers nominate what we think is the best fan-fiction for the categories provided. You are not required to fill in EVERY category

Two questions:

1. We can nominate a chaptered fic for the pairing categories, right? As long as it's completed?

2. Does it matter when the story was posted, i.e. within the last year?

1. Yup, you can. As long as it's completed. :D
2. No, it doesn't matter when it was posted. Although if we do this for a second year, then fics that have previously won wouldn't be eligible anymore .

I have just a brief question: Is it okay to steal your idea for other fandoms? (of course not exactly the same, but the idea...)
