Hey school rant. It's been a while.
Omg, what's wrong with me? I have no motivation to do any work whatsoever. It's always like this! Do I have ADHD? Is it just impossible for me to stay focused and sit still when I'm doing school work? I was wondering whether or not I should go to Mills in the morning so I can get some work done, but decided to go to Takumi's place instead since Mengyi said she needs walking assistance after they had all gone clubbing last night. goddessneptune called me while I was there! From Koreaaaa~ I was wondering who was calling me since my cell phone was displaying some looong number beginning with 820. x_X
Didn't end up leaving until 1 something in the afternoon. @_@
After that, I cooked and we ate lunch and we did nothing but sit and watch TV. What a waste of time! But I just couldn't get off the freaking couch. At least Mengyi has the excuse (albeit a bad one) of being hungover. I was just lazy, plain and simple.
After the back-to-back episodes of Family Guy ended, I went into my room to try and get some work done but then the kids from the basement decide to choose this time to go into their living room and watch TVaskldjfojaeopjfapowjef!!! (In case you haven't been to our house, my room is right beside their living room and the TV is situated right by the wall between my room and their living room. It's very annoying.)
So I've spent the last 2 hours trying to muster the concentration and motivation to continue working on my essay (especially since I also have something due for Japanese tomorrow, and a logo for multimedia, as well as a religious studies reading response both due Wednesday). I'm so screwed this week.
A bunch of us have been booking study rooms at Mills for the past 2 weeks or so so we can have a space to ourselves to work in but when we go we get little to nothing done. I don't even know why we keep doing it! But all we do once we get there is just talk and eat and try to work but won't. It's nice, I'll admit, but we waste sooo much time there since we book 4-8 hours a day! @____@ Fuuuuck!
And here I am, once again, ranting on LJ about how I can't work when I should be spending this energy on the paper I'm currently writing.
