pictures of our house!
ok finally have some pictures to show you! the house doesn't have carpet yet, that is supposed to go in on tuesday. and the house needs some work - but these are the before pics! the first thing we are going to do is pressure wash and paint the exterior. our other immediate projects include removing all the wall paper, painting (everything is white white white) and replacing all the wood doors and baseboards with white doors and baseboards.

here is the right side of the house. you can see how much room is between the other houses.
here is the entry of the house. where david is standing is in front of the formal dining room. the formal living room is to the right of him (looking at it from the comp)
here's the dining room. you can see the front door open to the right there. I didn't snap a foto of the living room. boo.
this is the family room. you see this from the front entry it looks through into this room. that is the kitchen to the right
Here is the kitchen looking from the family room (the room above with the fireplace. The appliances they put in are total shit. We are pricing all new appliances and are hoping to return these for a credit, cause they suck that bad.
Here is a closer upper of the kitchen. I got off about half ot the breakfast bar there.
Here is the hallway that leads to the garage, laundry room amd master bedroom. the dining room is on the right and the kitchen is on the left (to give you an idea of what you are looking at.

here is our master bedroom. remember i told you the wallpaper was hideous?! man it is awful. that will be one of the first things to go. across fom where david is sitting is the loo and a walk in closet. the shower is next to the sink on the left.
here is the hallway to the other three bedrooms and 2nd bath. the wall on the left is where the formal living room is and I am standing in the family room. the light on back there is the 2nd bath.
This is the second bath. I didnt take pics of the bedrooms. they are all 12x12 rooms with windows and average closets. nothing too crazy there.
Here is our florida room. this is off the family room (room with the fireplace) and that is our backyard.

here is another side shot. we have about 50 feet on either side of us between our neighbors which was something very hard to find in the new homes we looked at. in the end, it was one of the reasons we went with this house.
