I have no idea why I keep thinking about this but I have a strong suspicion that The Undertaker is Ciel's "dead father". In the latest subbed episode, Angela showed the face of Ciel's father in that house fire and his stitches are somewhat similar to the undertaker's... Although I haven't looked closely yet but I just wanted to put that out there.
