White Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes...
...And they are tiny and freaking adorable.
They look like pink minions ready to do my bidding. :|
These things are also ridiculous tasty.
Dad keeps walking by and staring at them while saying how amazing they are repeatedly. XD

This recipe is kinda unreliable... Bc
So here's some stuff you should know about it~
1. I made mini-cupcakes that were actually like... Extra mini. The paper's didn't fit the mini-tin. The recipe claims that the tiny ones bake for 10-12 minutes. I baked mine for 15. BUT, careful and watch that. I overbaked a touch and it's just something that needs to be watched closely.
2. The icing recipe appears to be missing two key ingredients. It needs about a 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry extract in it. Also, if you want it to be pretty, add a splash of red food coloring until you get the desired color of pink~
3. For the icing, there is no recipe. Mix the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract first. THEN, sift in the confectioners sugar a bit at a time.
....I have 48 of these cupcakes.
