Okay first off, jamming the rant behind a cut.
It's not bad, just... One of those things that needs to be shouted at nothingness. 8D
Okay, so all you friends at school? FUCK YOU. Specifically those who know who they are (though none have an LJ anyway).

No, I am NOT overdressing for school. No, I am not preppy looking. And fuck you, I LIKE MY PURSE AND MY NEW LOOK!
To explain: Normally I dress like a slob for school.
Frayed pants, crappy t-shirt, hair hanging loose, crappy sandals, and no make up (never wear it anyway).
Now, I like looking good, but I like to be comfortable so I usual did this.
FINALLY, the fashions have changed so that I can look good and be comfortable. So I've done just that.
I've started wearing long skirts, camis, some kind of nice looking decorative jacket, my hair done up in a half-ponytail, and some heeled shoes that are just nice looking, not skanky in anyway.
My friends have now decided that what I'm wearing is too fancy and that I look like a prep.
FUCK YOU.
How is it overdressing when I'm essentially wearing what a normal person would wear to work? Sometimes I'm not even dressed for that!
Also, my old purse started to fall apart so I got a new one. Yes. I admit, it looks a tad preppy, but it fits what I need it for.
So. I will CONTINUE dressing nicely because the style suits me and if you can't get over that fact, you can go get hit by a BUS.

Other than that, my day was pretty good. - 3 -
So, in a class I have called Theory of Knowledge (TOK) we had a class discussion. 8D
Basically we were given a list of traits that IB students supposedly have.
The list: Inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective.
SO. What we had to do was make a list of three famous people who fit in each category. 8D
Now, IB kids are a TWISTED bunch. Not only were most of our choices obscure people in history, but we had some crack-filled answers.
This one kid told the teacher that Huff Hefner was knowledgeable. 8DDDD
And then he backed it up by fact while the teacher said he belonged more in the risk-takers category. 8D
Me and my friend tehmagster (Maggie) were in one group. We are both Transformers fans.
Here's how our conversation went:
"DUDE. Megatron fits in that one."
"OH! Soundwave could be a communicator!"
"Starscream is TOTALLY caring. 8D"
And on and on and on. XD
We wanted to make a list of ONLY TF characters, but we refrained.
Partially.
Then Maggie and I decided, that when the time came to share our choices, we would share our favorite one.
Maggie: *raises hand*
Me: *giggle madly*
Maggie: Optimus Prime is Open-Minded!
Class: *die laughing*
Teacher: .... *open mouth* .... *moves to write on board* ... *turns and stares at us like we're freaks* .... *shakes head*
It was pure win. 8D
