Plot: Are you a bully? I don't care 'cause in this case, bullying is a way for a person to express how he feels towards a person he likes! And that's the case, but bullying is still not accepted in this world. Nah-uh, bullying has its own consequences, you might like it. Or not.

One-Shot
A girl hummed her way to their house.
Matsuo Miyuki, a cheerful and loveable daughter, friend to others.
As she entered their house, she noticed a package. Many boxes that was scattered.

“Dad? What’s with this entire package? I thought auntie Mika will send us a gift but not this much.” She proclaimed as she touch the boxes.

Her father looked at her as his eyebrows meet.
Slowly hunched back and started to scratch the back of his head, and started to touch his nape.

“We’re going back to Japan. Due to my company’s decision, they assigned me there again.” Her father sighed.

Miyuki gave out a gasping sound from her mouth.
Making her thing dropped her things.

“No! Dad, why did you let them? I mean, it’s not that bad going to our country. And although I was actually born there, but dad, I grew up here! Not there. I can’t even speak Japanese.” Miyuki got irritated more when her father gave out a signal for her to shut up.

“It’s not bad to go back. You’ll learn Japanese easily. Japanese people are kind, and you’re going to study in a high-class school. Don’t worry. I think you should call your friends, and meet up with them. Our flight will be tomorrow morning. The company told me it was a rush so they book our flight early morning tomorrow.” Mr. Matsuo explained with a crease on his forehead.

Miyuki shook her head and look down. She ran upstairs and took out her phone, called her friends and meets up with them. They were all sad about the sudden change. Miyuki got home late, about 1:00 in the morning.

Her father saw her sleeping at the couch and put some blanket on her. Mr. Matsuo noticed at a picture that was on Miyuki’s arms. He was touched and cleaned the picture. It was Miyuki’s late mother. She died because of a sickness which cannot be explained. Doctor’s said it was a tumor, another said it was in the bone. It started when Miyuki was borned.

And another thing Mr. Matsuo knew was that, in his wife’s family, it was a sickness that when a girl gave birth to a child, next to it is a cancer. It was a family disease and only few have survived from his wife’s family.

He wiped his eyes and looked outside. Hours passed and it was time for them to get ready.

▬▬At the airport▬▬

“Dad, I really don’t want to go.” Miyuki rolled her eyes as she gets a chicken sandwich from the stewardess.

“As we arrive there, you’re going to your school. Sorry, if everything is in a rush. Don’t you worry, you have 3 hours to rest when we get there. It’s a night there.” Mr. Matsuo smiled and kept on reading a book while drinking a coffee.

Miyuki put earphones on to her lobes and started to choose a movie from the mini TV that was in front of her. Almost 1 day was their travelling time until they got their.

▬▬In the meantime▬▬

“We have a new classmate? Eh! Really? She came from London? Wow!” A girl squealed.
“Is she Japanese too? Or English person?” Another girl asked in excitement.
“They’re English but they are called ‘British’, specifically.” Keito, a boy who got to go to England stated.
“Oh~ this would be fun. A new toy.” Another boy whispered while flipping the pages of a book and smirked.
Keito rolled his eyes as he heard his friend’s whisper.

▬▬Miyuki’s start▬▬

Rrrrrrriiiinnggggg! Rrrriiiiinnngggg!
The alarm clock let out a hysterical sound that woke Miyuki up. She rubbed her eyes and looked at the clock.

“Ugh, yeah, right.” She mumbled.

She got ready and ate her breakfast. Miyuki was dropped by her father at her new school. She waved goodbye and sighed as she looked around her. They all look like her. All Asians, unlike in London she can see those blonde hair girls and boys.

She walked up to the registrar and asks for her permit and asked where she can see the bulletin board. Miyuki had a hard time talking with the lady because of the broken English of it. They need to repeat what they had talked about earlier just for her to understand.

“Hmm… Oh, here it is. Room 3-B? Room 3-B? Hmm... Oh! Here!” Miyuki opened the door and looked at everyone without shyness; a teacher was not yet there.

She chose her seat and everyone looked at her. Gossiping, whispering and amazed at how she’s so tall. Miyuki don’t look like Japanese at all. She has an English blood flowing through her veins.

A boy walked up at her, as she noticed the boy she also gave attention to another boy who seems to be stopping the tall one.

“Hey, so you’re the newbie?” A tall and handsome boy worded.
“Yuto, don’t do this.” A boy who has a spiky-hair-like.
“Excuse me?” Miyuki worded as she heard the boy.

Obviously, Yuto talked in much deeper Japanese and is used in the streets mainly. Miyuki had no idea what he said but she knows it’s about her.

“Sorry, he’s asking if you are the newbie. Keito Okamoto, I also came from London.” Keito smiled at the girl.

Miyuki looked at the taller one and snob the boy. She smiled back to Keito and shake hands with him. Yuto walked in front of the two and put his hands on his both sides.

“You saying excuse you? You are excused, that is if you gong to walk by.” Yuto said in his fail English accent.

Miyuki got irritated with the boy and everyone just looked at them. They can’t do anything because Yuto is known and they know who Yuto is. Miyuki stood from her seat and sighed.

“Ok, now. What’s your problem?” Miyuki walked towards the boy.
“Nothing, I just want to play.” Yuto said in Japanese.

Miyuki’s ears felt hot as she heard the boy’s word. This time she understands it.

“Sorry, he’s bored and he’s a bully at times but I assure you he’s kind.” Keito butt in to stop the bad aura around the two.
“He’s kind? In that state, I see. He’s lucky to have a friend like you.” Miyuki pulled her bag onto her and planned to walk out from the room when a man walked in.

Miyuki stopped in front of the man hesitating if she should go or what. She was too irritated with the scene she has seen.
“Matsuo-san?” The man worded.
“Yes?” She rolled her eyes as she looked away from Yuto.

The man walked in and stand in front of the room. He put down his things and arranges some creased on his shirt. He held his hand out to the girl giving a signal for her to come in.

“She’s your new classmate. Might as well introduce yourself? And by the way! Be kind to her.” Their adviser smiled.

Miyuki rolled her eyes once again as she heard the words, ‘Be kind to her.’
What’s being kind? And where is it when you need it? There’s a bully in this room and you asked for them to be kind on me? Ugh, that’s very- whatever. She thought.

“Hey, Matsuo Miyuki desu. From London, half Japanese; half British; but grew up in England. Yorushiku onegaishimasu.” She stated as she looked straight at Yuto’s eyes.
“Hai hai! I am Shirahama-sensei, Miyuki. Seat right next to Nakajima-kun, and seems like Kana-chan doesn’t want to seat with him. So please fill the empty seat.” Shirahama-sensei said as he noticed the Kana girl walked away from the seat.

Miyuki blinked her eyes twice as she doesn’t know who Nakajima-kun is. Shirahama started to teach and noticed the girl who was looking at him.

“Yes?” Shirahama asked.
“You may want to tell me who is Nakajima-kun? I mean, I can see an empty seat beside an evil doer but who is he between the two? ‘Cause actually there’s another empty seat.” Miyuki stated looking at her teacher and pointed another empty seat.

Shirahama close his notebook and finished writing Miyuki’s name on the board. And looked back again at the girl.

“The tall one at row 4, so please take your sit.” Shirahama replied to his student.

Miyuki dropped her jaw open as she realized she was going to seat with the bully she just encountered. What’s this all supposed to mean? Does that mean she need to seat with him until the end of the year? She doesn’t know much about how a school in Japan organizes their students.

She took her seat and smiled to Yuto making her self want to be eaten with her pride and the floor. And the story begins.

▬▬Lunch Time▬▬

“Hey, Yuto. What’s up with you and this play?” Keito started the conversation as he started to munch bits of his lunch.
“I turrrd you dirent I? I’m bored.” Yuto spoke as he was eating his own lunch and looked at the pea in his chopsticks.

Miyuki heard about the conversation as she passed by. She raised one of her eyebrow and thought of something. She needs the word revenge though it’s not that good of a thing but she must give something for Yuto. As a present.

Miyuki walked in to the classroom and sat straight to her seat. She felt that a sticky thing was stucked on her pants which was not good. She stood up and took out the thing. It was a wet gum. Miyuki shut her eyes to control her temper as she realized a big laugh. It wasn’t her classmates but it was a recognizable voice.

“Y-you! What the heck is your problem?!” Miyuki proclaimed agitated.
“HAHA! Look at your face! Don’t you feel that you’re holding onto my saliva?” Yuto laughed even more.

Miyuki gritted her teeth in suppression of her energy. She shut her eyes once again and put the gum away from her clothe, but still she knew that it was wet with Yuto’s saliva.
“Ok, calm down Yuki. Calm down now. NO! I’m not going to calm down! Are you retarded? Have you ever heard a word bacterium? You’re like one of it. And I hate you so much. ARGH!” Miyuki walked out and ran to the restroom.

Yuto stop laughing as the girl ran out she looked at everyone. Keito sighed in front of him and shook his head in disapproval.

“Oi Yu! Shouldn’t you be gentler with her? She’s a newbie.” A boy named Ryosuke greeted them.
“Oh! Yama-chan you’re back! How’s your family? My sympathies to you and your family.” Yuto smiled.
“Same here Yama-chan!” Keito greeted.

Class was dismissed. And everyone got out of the room. Everyone bid goodbye to each other.

“Hey, I’m sorry about earlier. It’s actually not my saliva, it’s just water.” Yuto poked Miyuki as she was cleaning the things around her seat.
“Do you think I would believe you?” Miyuki said without looking at the boy.
“I’m sorry alright. If you don’t want to believe me then fine.” Yuto walked away and goes with Yama-chan and Keito.

Miyuki looked at the boy as he walked away. She grinned and thought of something.
It’ll start tomorrow. She thought.

On her way home she noticed a boy biking with a dog running with it. She looked at the dog and smiled. Until she noticed the boy biking towards her, she was conscious but her spirit has fled away from her body.

“Stop right there!” Miyuki shouted and crossed her arms before her face.
“Oh! Miyuki-chan! I’m sorry; my dog was running towards you.” The boy worded as he halt his bike.
She looked up and breathed heavily as she heard the screeching sound from the bike.

“Oh. Thanks. Who are you? Why do you know my name?” Miyuki asked panting.
“Yamada Ryosuke. I saw your name in the bulletin board.” Ryosuke worded and smiled.
“Oh, are you in the same class with me?” Miyuki remembered the other empty seat. She thought maybe it was for him.

Ryosuke smiled and looked at his watch.

“Yes, and I think I need to go now. Bye! See you tomorrow at school.” Ryosuke waved goodbye and tossed a thing.

Miyuki caught the thing and smiled to her self as she saw a candy. She waved back to the boy and walk straight home.

The night has ended and it’s a new day. Miyuki got her uniform and wore it to school. Everyone looked at her as she walked in the corridors. She looked like a model with her long legs and her beautiful face. She dropped her things on her desk and pull out her books.

Yuto who was talking with Keito and other classmates was disturbed with the girl.

“Hey, Yuto look at Miyuki.” A classmate of them hissed.

Yuto stopped talking and looked at the stunning girl. With her hair down and her long legs, her face that looked like an angel. He was stunned by the girl and didn’t stop looking at her.

Miyuki sat down and started to chit chat with her new classmates when she accidentally looked at Yuto. She gave the boy an accident glance and didn’t care about it and the second time she looked at the boy she looked away and continue talking with her new friends.

“Oi, Yuto! You’ve been looking at her for 5 minutes.” Keito interrupted Yuto’s daydreaming. Or is it?
“Huh? Huh?! I’m not looking at her. And it’s nothing. Hehe~” Yuto once again landed a look at the girl.

Class started and lunch time arrives.

Miyuki was walking when Yuto taps her back. Miyuki got shock at how the boy acted.

“Your shoe laces are worn out. Be careful.” Yuto ran with Keito.

Miyuki looked down and realized that their shoes don’t have any laces. She was irritated with the boy and started to follow him ‘til they came at the canteen. Everyone was whispering to each other and Miyuki noticed they were looking at her. She was curious with their acts. She was about to ask one of them when someone held her hands.

“You should be careful.” Ryosuke said while holding a paper.
“Huh? Oh what’s that?” Miyuki smiled.
“It’s from your back, Yuto put at your back I think.” Ryosuke tried to halt his laugh as he read the paper.

Miyuki pull the paper towards her and she became clueless of the writing. It was in Kanji, so how the heck can she actually read it? She’s not fluent in reading something like that.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Miyuki asked curiously.
“It says… Big-Booty-Big-Chesty-Stupid-Girl-Looks-Like-A-Giraffe-With-Her-Long-Legs.” Yamada pointed out each and every Kanji that was there.
Miyuki got red and shut her eyes. That’s a mannerism of her; whenever she gets too irritated she would close her eyes to calm down.

“Are you friends with that Yuto?” Miyuki asked seriously.
“Actually, he’s my best friend.” Ryosuke smiled.
“No way, you can take his actions?” Miyuki was shocked at the fact stated.
“He’s actually a kind boy. I don’t know why he’s tripping on you. This is the second time he did this. First is Keito’s now yours.” Ryosuke said in a cheerful tone.

Miyuki had conflict in understanding what the boy was talking about. She thought she was hearing wrong.

After lunch, Miyuki goes straight to the class where no one still is in. She wrote something on a paper and crumpled it. She thought she’s just going to copy what Yuto had did so she thought of another way. She saw Yuto talking to a bunch of friends and dragged him.

“Why are you doing this to me?” Miyuki started.
“Huh? WH-what? W-wait!” Yuto was startled with Miyuki’s action as her tears fell down.

Everybody looked at Yuto, thinking his the culprit that made the innocent girl cried.

“You’re so cruel! Having another woman! Let’s break up!” Miyuki shouted wiping off her tears.

Yuto on the other hand doesn’t know what to do and started to wipe her tears as well. He was trying to cover her mouth as she shouts the words.

“What? What the heck are you talking about?” Yuto got closer to the girl to whisper, “We’re not even going out.” Yuto added.
Miyuki cried even more. Her tears were unstoppable and as she ran away from the boy. Yuto was left with shame. He was being the talk of the town.

Meanwhile, Miyuki wiped her tears and laughed. She tosses a thing on the trash can and walked away.

“Good thing, I had those eye drops.” She smiled.

Everything went as she planned. Yuto became very shy towards her and stopped talking nor bullying her that results to her sadness. It’s like it wasn’t complete without him. Ryosuke smirked at Keito as they realize the happenings for the past few months.

“Hey Yuto, you need to go to the rooftop. Someone had written you a letter.” Keito started.
“Me? Are you sure? Oh, I already know I’m popular but you know I don’t like going with this things.” Yuto shrugged.

After an hour he was pushed by Ryosuke and Keito to go to the rooftop. As he entered the rooftop he saw Miyuki. Closing her eyes, feeling the fresh air, he took a glance at her face making him blushed a bit. Miyuki noticed him and was disturbed. She walked through the door and tried to open the door.

“We’re locked.” Miyuki whispered with a soft tone.
“I know you called me out here, but you don’t need to lock us here.” Yuto tried to open the door but it was useless.
“What are you talking about?”
“You called me here. Ah… A love letter? A confession letter?” Yuto muttered hesitating.

Miyuki breathed out and jerked out a laugh. She touched her forehead and looked at the boy.

“Ryosuke… Keito… They were the one who did this. Ryosuke told me to go up here.” Miyuki smiled.
Yuto tried to call Ryosuke and Keito but then the answer they gave was, ‘Enjoy, and tell her your feelings.’ An embarrassing suggestion they did.

Hours passed and still they haven’t got out. And at last a word came from the rotten Yuto.

“You know, I wasn’t actually trying to bully you. Well, except if you’re a real English girl, but I’m sorry.” He looked away.

Miyuki gave the boy a chance to talk for she wants to hear something from him. She was relieved with what she heard. And she felt that she’s not guilty already with what she did last 5 months.

“I missed your voice.” Miyuki looked at the clear blue sky.
“Really?” Yuto sounded happy.
“Though we were fighting. I hope you’re not mad at me with what I did.” Miyuki bowed down in suppression of her feelings.

Yuto shut his eyes and took a deep breath. He managed to open his mouth and tried to let the words he wanted to say.

“I actually like you.” He confessed.
“I do too. I don’t think you’re that bad. I saw you keeping a street cat, and then you made a house for him.” Miyuki gave him a warm reply.
“Oh? Really, but hey, I don’t like you as a friend. Well as a friend too, but deeper than that.” Yuto started.

Miyuki looked at the sincere boy. She knew he was not joking with the tone of his voice. He was actually confessing to her. She’s a little of a late responder when it comes to things like this.

“Thanks, won’t you ask me to go out?” Miyuki shrugged.
“That’s how you do it in London?” Yuto was shocked.
“Duh, yeah. Didn’t Keito tell you something like that? Oh well, still. I like you too. No, I l-l-“Miyuki stopped when she felt Yuto’s breath in her ears.

“I love you.” The words Yuto was being hard to express with.

They started going out since that day. Ryosuke and Keito revealed that they were on the door listening to their conversation while waiting for him to confess. They asked for an apology but told the two that it was for their own good.

Everyone became happy in the end.

Time is a valuable thing in this land, but don’t you think that even though you met a person in just months you can actually fall in love with him/her that deep? Time, days or years can’t be counted when you are with you’re most special someone. Sometimes you feel that you’re struggling just to make that person see you, but then it becomes a bad one which is not good. Though in time that special someone will understand why you did that, if you just talked to her/him and explain the reason behind it.

I hope everyone likes it. :D And you can request yours now, on the request post. :)
