Pollen counts of 0-30 are considered low, 31-60 is moderate, 61-120 is high.  The current pollen count in Atlanta? 1941.  This is down from earlier in the week when it peaked at 5733 ( http://www.atlantaallergy.com/pollenCount.aspx ).  Major sources of pollen include: ash, birch, cedar, elm, maple, and oak.

I guess this is why the sidewalks have been yellow this week.
