(no subject)
Now taking a slight break from updating Sectumsempra Animi as fast as possible (five more chapters to write before Saturday...that's 25K words minimum. Ugh. I can do it. *screws up eyes* I wrote ten today, for fuck's sake,a nd I'm not done for the evening), I'm gonna talk to you, flist, whose flists are raped by my updating (sorry!).
So, after the seventh book, I'm going to get a tattoo. I've been toying with the idea of a small Dark Mark, but not a realistic one. You know, the angular one from the American editions, because real skulls are a little too scene for me...or a bit too emo kid. Either way. *Shrug* Anyway, it's either that or a Snitch (or something from the seventh book), but like...Snitch designs always suck. I know, I know, I should just design it myself, or work with my artist, which I may in fact do (scratch that--will do). I'm avoiding anything on my back for now because eventually I want a huge backpiece with a set theme, soanything out of place would not be desirable.
Perhaps on my foot. *Thinks* Do any of you guys on my flist there have HP tattoos? Just curious.
Also, I gave in. I didn't want to go to amidnight party because I didn't want to be subjected to spoilers come 12:01, but it's the last one. The. Last. One. I have to fucking go. I placed my preorder with B&N yesterday and will be hanging out at the B&N at Lansing Mall starting at 6PM on Friday. *Fret* With my iPod in hand for putting on full-blast at 11:55 to avoid spoilers. I was absolutely INFURIATED about LJ spotlighting because it's TEMPTING and I'm like, for fuck's sake, Sakai, don't do this to yourself again. So I won't. It's a week from now, right? I can wait until then.
If Draco dies, I cannot guarantee my mental health. :/ But I will not give in and put the little "disregard DH plz" note at the top of my existing fics, as they're already categorized in my sticky by the books they were written between. I might have to put it in "The Sky Was Orange" though. *sigh*
I will not disappear at the end of the book series, I can promise you that. I'll just keep pumping out fics. :3
