Welcome to Harley and Marley...
well, for a few months now, talks had been going on in this house about adopting a male kitten or kittens (brothers)...the reason being that my girls have never really had experience with kittens, only adult cats (fine and dandy, but every little girl, at least once in their life, should be able to cuddle a kitten, imho)...
So anyways, our local ASPCA was in the headlines for sheltering some displaced pets from Katrina...so they are a little overcrowded (like over 100 felines overcrowded) and Ken and the girls went over yesterday to check out 2 males in particular (Dakota and Pendragon) but instead fell in love with 6 month old brothers Harley (mainly white with black spots) and Marley (mainly black with white paws and a white chin)...so they came home with Ken and the girls today...both have been in our shelter 3 months, since June, strays, neutered male brothers...they are so cute, had been in the cage together so were only adoptable together...they are sleeping next to each other right now on the couch...two more satisfied feline customers of the Walsh's!
