Well only 5 days since an update...

getting better all the time, aye what?

Poison Ivy is almost gone, thank goodness. Bought some stuff called Tecnu Scrub, apparently it's been around awhile, and invented for outdoors people. It's the miracle cure, to itching and scarring, I must say.

I found the bugger fiend criminal plant, in the yard, and Mom told me to spray bleach on it, which I will do when I get up my courage...after all, I'm just getting over the stuff.

Spread some new grass seed in the yard. Was going to apply dandelion weed killer, a few weeks back, until we discovered the return of the bunny family under our deck, how cute! And I observed them chowing down on the dandelions, so who needs weed killer?

On the excercising front, I think that I've discovered my rhythm here with the diet...as long as I exercise during the week (2-3 days of the resistence training, and the aerobic activity 4-5 days per week), and I continue my South Beach Diet, I can *cheat* somewhat...I just can't give up my little bites here and there (especially with my *Female* cravings coming bi-weekly!) of chocolate...

Tomorrow nite, I will be going into NYC for the first time since March 2001 (a reunion with old friends, during my pregnancy with Grace)...Kate and I have been invited to an 8th birthday party, another Katharine, a fellow Brownie...the party is at American Girl Place Cafe...for those not in the know, American Girl is a rather large franchise, based on books about girls from different periods...there's Samantha, who's from 1904; there's Kit from 1932; there's Molly (my personal favorite) from 1944...etc...there's also American girl Now, these dolls you *custom build* (eye, hair, and skin color)...Kate just received, as a birthday/Communion gift, her American Girl Now, whom she named Jessie...truly beautiful doll, but goodness the price is a bit steep...anyway, we're invited to the birthday party at the Cafe and we bring the doll, get dressed up, etc...we'll be taking NJ Transit together with other attendees...should be fun...

Thanks for reading...
