Does anyone have any apartment finding wisdom that they could share with me? I've been checking craigslist fairly frequently and asking people if they know anyone who needs a room mate, but other than that I'm stumped.

Around here I'd try hitting the pavement directly, but I don't know for there.

Try checking the boards at local colleges, I know foothill always has at least a few ads up.

1) 500-700 (Less if possible, but I'm being realistic)
2) Anywhere within 30 min of SJSU. Farther if its a really good deal/someone I like.
3)NoCats=Best, but I can put up with up to two cats as long as they are not persians or something equally danderific.
4)Bestbuy and sometimes Frys.
5)Black Flag or old school Dead Kenndys.

the palo alto weekly has some good deals, usually, all on the peninsula and in the south bay, and they list online (just google them ( ... )
