I had a great idea for a comic book.
The Quantum Physicist
Through his complex understanding of the universe he has gained awesome powers through the manipulation of subatomic particles not possessed by normal men. He'd have some snazzy goggles a quantum symbol on his chest and probably some kind of neat gravity defying cape.
His Arch Nemeses would be the preserved Brain of Isaac Newton! Along with evil time traveling Einstein they would contest quantum theory with the laws of Universal gravitational constant and General Relativity (respectively). Their fights would take form of titanic universe changing abstract mathematical equations which would warp reality around them and manipulate unprovable concepts such as thermodynamic miracles in their favor.
Occasionally the ghost of DeCarte would cause some trouble and espouse Vortex theory as the defining gravitational force, but he'd be laughed and his schemes would be overly elaborate and easily deconstructed.
