Notes: Saiyuki Time challenge 58. Loved this idea!!! Came to me the instant I read the prompt. Took 10 minutes. Enjoy!
The game mat was laid out and the spinner was off to the side. Gojyo and Hakkai were drunk enough that this seemed like a good idea. Hakkai spun.
“Left hand, yellow, Gojyo.”
“Gah, you’re cheating dude. You know you just wanted me like this.” Gojyo leered, as he swung into position, now completely on top of Hakkai.
“Ah ha ha. Who’s idea was it to play this? I believe you are delusional, Gojyo. You clearly want me.” He smiled, a geniune smile, as he took his position a little differently. Shifting so that he was in a back bend to complete his move, left hand red.
Gojyo had to give the man credit. He was sure flexible.
They hadn’t been able to spin the piece and were about to give up, as muscle strength and alcohol didn’t go hand in hand, when a soft kyuuuu drew their eyes.
Hakyuruu nuzzled the spinner until it spun around again. Gojyo stared.
“I’m not going to be able to make that unless I grow a third leg.”
Laughter was cut short by a sudden crash as Gojyo fell on top of Hakkai.
“Owww. You could’ve warned me!”
“Nuh uhn! Why the hell’d your little flying rat bite my ankle?”
“...”
“ ‘Kai?”
Hakkai laid there shaking with laughter.
“I believe you grew a third leg ... Gojyo.”
A soft, slightly exasperated sounding kyuuu, and Hakyuruu returned to his perch on the back of the couch.
“Why you little, match-making rat! You still could’ve found a better way to do this without drawing bloo -”
Hakkai’s lips closed over Gojyo’s, silencing him, as a tongue slid across his lower lip, seeking entrance.
A softer kyuuu came from the couch as Hakyuruu watched his master’s smiling face.
