Well, today marks the offical *midpoint* in my contract in Japan.
This time next year, unless I sign a third year contract, which I am strongly leaning against right now, I will be back in Perth for good Tomorrow this time next year.
I have a lot of things i intend to do back in Perth, first is to start doing SCA regularly with who is probably my equal best Colm as his banner man, get back into the Magic scene regularly, play Rock Band regularly with my friends and also hopefully be good enough on the guitar by then that Russell and I could maybe start a simple cover band or something.
I have also been writing a very detailed Sci-Fi fantasy plot for a campaign I intend to run when I get home, combining elements of StarWars, 40k, and various manga I enjoy in a sort of super realistic battle of nobles houses akin to a Song of Ice and Fire. I wrote in every past character I have played into the story, so it will be really fun to act as them in the game. I will be posting up a poster to generate interest in it as well as a series of short stoties building up to it as we get closer to me return to Australia.
One of my students is drawing the poster for me ^_^
It will be a fully completed world with a strong story all written except for the end to be chosen by the players when i return. I'll be looking for 5 people (3 boys and 2 women) interested in some dramatic roleplaying when i return!
I also intend to rebuild bridges with many people I had fallings out with in the past, as I am somewhat older and wiser now.
