NO.
Regulus is flinching from the very thought. And I don't really know how much of a fanbase Regulus and Peter might even have in common, but I suspect there aren't many who like both.
2) Do you think Four is hot? How hot?

3) What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?
Lily hastily destroys her whole supply of Transgenera, so as not to undermine Narcissa's protests that she couldn't possibly have gotten herself pregnant by a Mudblood Gryffindor, really, and how dare Lucius accuse her of it! She's very relieved, though, when her son looks like a Black, and not an Evans...
Twenty years later, Harry finds his mother's old letters to Narcissa in one of Draco's drawers, and walks out without a word, taking the letters and burning them.
Draco suspects why he left, but never really knows for sure.
4) Do you recall any fics about Nine?
Yeah, two. One was a beautifully subtle mourning-fic that really disturbed me - and is especially scary now that Deathly Hallows is out. The other is a really cool (and kind of sad) one about the twins finding out who the Marauders are.
5) Would Two and Six make a good couple?
I doubt it, what with Regulus being the brother of one of Snape's worst enemies.
They'd certainly make an interesting couple, though, for the same reason. XD
6) Five/Nine or Five/Ten?
Threesome. XD
Okay... if I really have to pick, I'll go for Fred, because I think he's one level meaner than George, and James would relate to him just that little bit more.
7) What would happen if Seven walked in on Two and Twelve having sex?
Draco would blanch, run from the room, then when he was safely away from the horribly embarrassed Severus and Lily, collapse in laughter, and start making up his taunts for Harry then and there, so he can start in on him as soon as he gets back to his own time.
8) Make up a summary of a Three/Ten Fanfic.

Mm, I don't know. I have run across Sirius/Narcissa fic, but I haven't read it, so...
Although even fluff for that pairing would be kinda creepy, if it was IC. Not that that's a bad thing... XD
10) Suggest a title for a Seven/Twelve Hurt/Comfort fic.
Draco/Lily? Um... this feels like a weird resurrection fic... thing... 'scuse me while I go look up lily symbolism.

11) What kind of plot would you use if you wanted Four to de-flower One?

I would seriously hope Remus got around to de-flowering Sirius long before Luna was born! (Unless one of the girls or other boys had already done it, since I usually play Sirius as having been fairly promiscuous before he hooks up with Remus.)
Unless we go for time-travel plots again. In which Luna accidentally finds herself back in the Marauder-era, and runs into young Sirius, calling him Stubby Boardman. She keeps trying to get him to serenade her, and eventually he gets tired of it and snogs her instead.
Then she finds a Nargle-infestation in his clothes... and...
I don't think this is plottable, really. Luna's too random, and a dozen other weird subplots would probably come up while I was trying to get her into Sirius' pants, so I'd end up with a really long Luna-weirdness epic, with some smut in the second-last chapter or something.
12) Does anyone on your friends list read Three het?
I don't know. redrobotremus flirted with it for a bit after Deathly Hallows, I think, but she seems to have ditched it.
And if anyone else does, I'd rather not know, I really don't like Remus-het. Especially Remus/Tonks.
13) Does anyone on your friends list write or draw Eleven?
Probably not... I only know of one person on my flist who even likes Peter, really... we few, we strange few. XD

I'd be really surprised... I haven't even seen any.
I'd write Severus/James myself, mind you... but I wouldn't include Luna.
