So, I seem to be writing again. Haven't finished anything yet, but I've managed at least a little bit three nights in a row, so eventually one of those fragments should blossom into a full fic. I hope.

Aw, so glad to hear you like Rose. :3 I was curious to see what you'd think of her, since yeah, from what I've seen she's a major base breaker. I really don't get what the hate is for-- I'll admit she can occasionally be pretty selfish and she was occasionally a bit of a bitch toward her mom and Mickey, but she grew out of it and her relationship with the Doctor is too adorable for words.

Personally, yeah, I love her to pieces. I've actually grown to not really like shipping as much as I used to, but I adore Doctor/Rose. Just... ohGodsoadorable. Like... they are so in love with ADVENTURE and each other that it's practically canon and I adore it. She just seems like she'd be fun to hang out with and she and the Doctor affected each other so much and lawls Star Trek jokes and... yes.

I just finished season two and haven't seen any of the classic series yet, so... ugh. Like, I'm still pulling myself out of mourning over the ending so I can get myself to watch season three. Like I KNOW I will enjoy it since The Master shows up, but, but... auuugh Rose. ;_;

This, exactly, yes! I love how you say 'practically', as though David and Billie and Rusty don't all ship it like the Spanish Armada. I mean, it is canon, really, which just contributes more to my love of the show, because YAY I CAN SHIP CANON IN THIS ONE, YAAAAAAAY! XD

Oh, you're at Doomsday... yeah, that one is hard to get over. *hugs* But it's worth it. Just, erm, when you are ready to go on, give the next girl a fair chance? Some people are kind of hard on her because the writers spend too much time on a part of their dynamic that's really not the best thing about her, but she's awesome underneath. (Also, there are a couple of really bad episodes in the middle of season 3 but it really picks up near the end, I promise.)

The way I see it, I cannot possibly hate whoever the new companion is more than I hate Donna in this Runaway Bride episode. *is like halfway through it* Just... OH MY GOD LADY SHUT THE HELL UP. All you do is bitch and DO YOU MIND LADY STOP WAVING AROUND ROSE'S HOODIE HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THAT THE DOCTOR IS LIKE, MOURNING OVER THERE!? GAUGH.

And yeah, that's... very true. XD The shipping is so blatant it's hilarious.

Good way to think about it, yeah. I was in the quite scary position of having seen the next girl's name around on the net before I saw TRB, so I didn't know that she wasn't that awful woman from the end of Doomsday for ages... and then I finally got hold of series three and was like, "Oh, thank god, they're two different characters."
