Diet and Writing

So, I've been on a diet the last couple of weeks. It's a three week diet meant to reduce body fat. It's not something stupid like "don't eat carbs or meat or veggies"
It's simply an "eat healthier" diet. More veggies, more fruits, less carbs, less fats, more meat!

I'm happy to report that I lost 3 lbs. on this diet!!

Let's see, I started my weight loss journey at 220 lbs. and now I'm down to 188.5! I've lost 31.5 lbs! I'm really really happy right now!

In other news, National Novel Writing Month is coming up in November. I'm thinking about trying for it. What about you guys? Anyone else interested?

But now, I am hungry. Oatmeal with banana, here I come!!!
