I translated the Vol 17 Prologue from the Chinese version, so there might be some weirdness with names and honorifics. Also can't really guarantee accuracy in relation to the original Japanese, but I guess it's better than nothing?

This is great! thank you! one more thing, have you read the translation of volume 16 compiled in this page? http://saiunkoku.livejournal.com/265940.html according to the author's comment, it seemed that the translation was not finished? i'm currently on volume 15 so i'm not sure if this is true...again thank you for your reply! :)
