Ok I'm like attempting to decipher this f*cked up Shuuei-look-alike! x Renshin doujinshi ...and going O_O !!!
I just realized IT IS NOT KIJIN x Renshin lmao (helps when you actually read it I guess >..<)
OK SOOOOO It's like Setsuna x Renshin???!!! WHY??! O_x ??
Setsuna is the name for the oldest Ran triplet (or the identity the Ran triplet use)
So I got curious and went to the website http://homepage2.nifty.com/xz-mil2/UntitledFrameset-garou.htm (contain some hardcore yaoi stuff *so be warned* plus pregnant female!Renshi (I'm guessing the father is one of the Ran triplet)

Anyways the doujinshi doesn't have any gender swapping in it but the Setsuna x Renshin pairing still puzzles me (maybe those who have read the novel can enlighten me ^^;)
P.S. On side note their is some Shuuei x Kouyu (apparently they are doing it at his brothers' house *snorts*
If anyone volunteers to translate the doujinshi I might scan.
