Shuurei Cosplay
I've posted a picture of my Shuurei costume one when I first made it 2 months ago, but it was a bad picture, and it didn't fit quite right. I fixed the top so it lies properly and I also made a branch of beaded cherry blossoms (come on, who doesn't love that first Shuurei/Ryuuki scene?) as a prop.
Well, I entered it in a costume contest this weekend at Anime Festival Orlando, and I won 2nd place in the intermediate division. Good advertising for our favourite series! Hopefully by next year there will be other characters to pose with.
And BTW, if any of you have Photoshop skills, I'm dying for a new Shuurei Icon, but my computer is messed up so I can't crop anything... The current icon is just such a bad pic--any of the new ones would make me squee like the little fan-girl I am!
