i've certainly never read a fic like this. you write like how you described kyungsoo's writing- gripping, powerful, breathtaking. it took me three days to read this fic, simply because i read the first part, got pulled away before i could start the second, and only came back for the rest today. and i'm almost glad i took a breather in between, because these are some strong words. your writing reminds me of translated asian literature, my favourite kind of books, easy and straightforward and yet choked with emotions. hell, i don't even know how to describe the difference between asian literature and the western style of writing, but i've always much preferred the former.
i gasped when heeyoung was nailed, because... because... i can't even finish this sentence because my mind is swimming. kyungsoo's death was expected, though. you can't live through something like this without... well, dying. his falling apart was done beautifully though., and the part about his parents was my favourite part of this!
this is a breath of fresh air. thank you for writing this. tlist has been whining about the lack of horror in exo fandom. maybe it's time they read yours :)
