Enjoying My Own Company

And theeeeennnn....

Another Saturday, another day of hanging out with Maddie and playing Suikoden IV.  My life is really unexciting and uneventful.

I should have something new up at endlesstimeline later on today.  Been working on that.  Actually, I've got six ongoing projects right now:  someone's birthday present [Li Li and the Canuckle have their fingers slightly in that pie], my Suikoden fanfic, my old Cow Be fic, the karaoke post, endlesstimeline and...actually, that's only five.  I had a lot of windows open yesterday trying to juggle them all.

I'm sitting here listening to CMCM on repeat.  Not for any particular reason, angstophiles.  I'm just listening more to the music.  Seeing Li Li's picture made me miss my violin horribly, so in my head I'm playing along with the first and second violin parts in the song.  That, and no matter the circumstance, there's only a handful of songs that I can actually listen to myself thinik to, and that's it.  [Another good example of a 'listening to myself think' song is Summer Freeze / Crazy Ken Band].

Hey, there's a good thought.  The 'listening to myself think' list.

1.  Firth of Fifth / Genesis
2.  After the Ordeal / Genesis
3.  Summer Freeze / Crazy Ken Band
4.  CMCM [live or not] / Yoko Kanno f. Steve Conte
5.  Waltz For Zizi / Yoko Kanno
6.  Eternal Memories / Crystal Kay
7.  Rooster / Alice In Chains
8.  Supper's Ready soundcheck / Genesis
9.  most anything by Chemistry

I know I'm missing a few, but those are the ones that pop up.

Why yes, I did change my journal layout.

And why do I feel like wandering back to my ancient Cow Be eps on my old CD's and watching those?

Probably because I've just reminded myself that I'm single and while some days, I'm happy with it, there's a few where I'm not.  Wow, that just explained the whole CMCM thing.  Ugh, I'm going back to bed with my Georg Prime plushie and Suikoden IV.  At least video game bishounen don't cheat or lie.  *chuckle*  They do leave once you turn the PS2 off tho.  Damn.  Oh well.  Ta, possums.

stuff, music
