Disaster averted.
Turns out my lovely customer, Herr Boll, although a bit annoyed, was fine with it.
Less fine when I had to postpone the delivery by another day becasue of tank cleaning problems!!
Spent almost the entire day trying to sort out this one problem, getting more annoyed and then hopeful and the annoyed and then hopeful that there could be a possible solution.
But alas, instead of taking delivery of the product today, Herr Boll will now have to wait til Tuesday morning at the earliest.
I'm feeling quite proud of myself though. Becuase Herr Boll is obviously German. As is one of the loading locations. So I got over my fear of talking German on the phone, and did so quite well if I dare say so myself.
There's wine in the fridge chilling and it's the weekend.
Time to chill.
