I think I got one of those 24hr bug things i've heard about, but never experienced.
Last night, feeling fine. Started getting sneezy, runny nose, headache, generally feeling shit, right out of the blue. I thought it may have been an allergy, but it felt more head cold like.
Slept all morning, completely exhausted. This evening, not feeling too bad. A little blergh, but, mainly just a bit of a headache.
I think once i've grown out a little more, I should aim to compete in this! http://www.worldbeardchampionships.com/
