It's a funny thing--but by the time Saionji reaches his dorm room, his hair has grown back.
Ohtori doesn't like change.
It takes some time for him to be prepared to address Antigone again, but finally he buys a familiar sort of red notebook from the commissary and sits down with a pen.
My dear Antigone
I am in better shape than I was when last we spoke. Perhaps it is because there is a role expected of me here, and I must settle into it, strange memories or no, but I feel more secure in who I am than I did. I had feared my memories would fade, but the songs still haunt me, and with them my recollections of the last year.
I'm afraid I was absorbed in my own concerns last time I saw you. It's been some time since we really spoke. Is everything all right in your life? What's been happening to you?
Yours
Kyouichi Saionji
