on the road
Hi everybody!
I'm about two and a half hours north of the Oregon broader at a holiday inn express. We were going to try and get to Forest Grove tonight but my mom didn't want to drive in the dark.
It's so pretty here I love it. And holy cow we stayed in Chico last night and there was a Peet's Coffee and tea café!!!! Peet's is my favorite kind of coffee in the world...don't quote me on that... anyways I was so happy when I saw it, so I shrieked. We had breakfast there, and after one cup of coffee we decided that we both needed a decaf one for the road.
For lunch my mom and I stopped in a little town called Ashland. My mom got a pair of earrings and I got a new scarf that's a lot like the white one I have but it's not 'ratty' (mom's word not mine) looking and it's greenish.
I have a bunch of pictures but my mom's camera's memory thing it being silly, so I can't get 'em on here but whatever.
