Top voice should be F, Ab, F, Bb:
Bb min, Ab6, Db, Bb6
Top voice should be C, C, Ab, F,
C min6, C6, F min, F6.
Twice as fast - top voice is Bb, Ab, F, Ab - then cadence, or evade into bitonal land for however long you wish using things like C/Eb, B/Eb, G/Eb.
Bb min, Ab6, Db, D dim, - Eb dominant function of some sort...
