Holiday Rant
I will be the first to admit, Thanksgiving and Christmas are two of my least favorite holidays. I believe they are commercial anymore and the spirit of the holidays have been lost. I will also acknowledge that due to the religious majority of our country, non-christians tend to have Christmas imposed on them and their holidays are not acknowledged. However, if you are one of the non-christians in a position of power, don't be an asshole to the christians because you can. For example, if it it Christmas Eve, and there is no business because all of your clients have taken the day off. Do not force all of your employees to stay the full work day on Christmas Eve because you do not follow the same religion. You are losing money and damaging morale.
