So the problem with working on a project that uses half-assed Agile development and is got a dynamic design process is that my Defect Tracking system gets filled with issues that are no longer relevant because the designer has gone and made them obsolete. Apparently it's my responsibility (as "Head" of QA) to read his mind and close out the issues that are no longer relevant.
