Diet Update

So the quick and dirty update about the diet, as of Wednesday night I have lost 50 pounds. I haven't check my glucose levels yet, but I'm now well past the recommended 5-7% weight loss from the class I took. I guess I was eating lots of REALLY BAD foods before, or maybe too much bad food.

I've gotten a lot better about what I eat, and there are fewer things I miss all the time. I have found that I can have pizza occasionally, it's better if I get whole wheat crust and easy sauce & cheese more vegetables and less fatty meats. And it all comes back to portion control. One thing the instructor of the class said was to figure out when we were full, not stuffed. I've finally got that down and I think that might be the biggest contributor to the weight loss. That and not eating so many fatty foods.
