Last night on the way home from work, we went and got copies of the xray for kung_fu_monkey to take to the specialist. Upon looking at the x-ray again it's a little smaller that I remember, I think the doctors had it magnified which distorted my perception.






"There is a fracture involving the extensor mechanism of the distal phalanx of the 4th digit. A small avulsion fracture off of the intraarticular surface"

In plain english - a broken knuckle.
